Greetings! My name is Atekwa Larina Njosang, a student with a strong interest in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics) branding and entrepreneurship. I believe that technology, constantly evolving and full of potential, is one of the greatest tools for transformation, especially within the African context. That belief was solidified during my two-month internship at Openxtech. Firstly, I want to thank the CEO and the entire Openxtech team for the warm welcome and continuous guidance throughout this journey. I’m truly grateful for everything they taught me. The knowledge and skills I acquired have been deeply impactful and foundational. I had the opportunity to work on key projects like Digihelp 360, contributing to its name, and I was thrilled to see my ideas adopted and appreciated by the entire team. I also gave a presentation on the business model of Digihelp 360, where I proposed strategic insights and branding elements, including the logo I designed, which was well received. In addition, I was actively involved in the company’s successful nomination for the TIC Impact Awards, and I went on the field to train clients on how to use BluCash. These experiences helped me build not just technical and creative skills, but also confidence in communication, real-world problem-solving, and client engagement. This internship has armed me with valuable knowledge and a clearer vision of how I can contribute to Africa’s tech future. From this experience, I’m inspired…
